Russ has been practicing massage since 1994. He specializes in sports and injury work, incorporating deep tissue, and scar tissue techniques. He customizes each session according to the client’s needs to maximize comfort and results, and to specific injuries.
He also works in conjunction treating clients at Joint Ventures Physical therapy locations.

In the past he has worked with the Boston Red Sox, I fixed Manny Ramirez's hamstring. Also the six-time national champion Boston men’s ultimate Frisbee team, Death or Glory. Also winning a men's national ultimate championship in 2016 with Boston's Ironside.
 Since 2006 he has worked with Brigham and Women's and Mass General running group for post marathon at the Prudential center.
